CheckPoint is a specialized timekeeping tool designed for enduro riders, intended to be conveniently mounted alongside the odometer. Its key function is to assist riders in maintaining accurate timing throughout the duration of an enduro event by providing real-time timekeeping calculations and ensuring correct mileage display. The seamless synchronization of the odometer with CheckPoint's displayed mileage helps riders stay precisely on schedule, although a separate odometer is required.

• On Time Mileage: CheckPoint's prominent feature is its real-time display of the current mileage, aiding riders in monitoring their progress and ensuring alignment with the target mileage. The display color indicates the status—green for 'Go' when it's safe to proceed, yellow with 'Check Ahead' as a checkpoint nears, and red for reset milestones.
• Possibles: The 'Possible' field continuously shows the upcoming potential Check Point mileage, signaling warning alerts 15 seconds in advance with 'Check Ahead,' transitioning to 'GO' once safe for progress.
• Resets: Constant display of the next reset mileage allows riders to anticipate milestones; upon reaching a reset point, CheckPoint prompts a color change to red with a 'Stop - Reset' alert, providing on-screen guidance for odometer adjustment and displaying a countdown timer until departure.
• Speed: The current required speed is always visible, automatically adjusting upon reaching the next speed change milestone.
• Key Time: An essential feature is the continuous display of Key Time, offering crucial timing information throughout the event.

The tool also includes interactive data entry sections for efficient race management:

1. 'Setup' – for inputting race start time, key time, and row number
2. 'Speeds' – to record any speed adjustments from the club's route sheet
3. 'Resets' – for entering reset instructions as per the route sheet
4. 'Free Time' – to log race-free time allocations from the route sheet
